Undoing a mistake

Tap Undo at the top of the sort screen to take back your last tap. You can also tap − on a tub’s row to take one piece out of that tub.

Using Undo

  • Undo takes back the last thing you placed. Tap it again to go back another step.
  • It goes back up to 30 steps.
  • If a step belonged to the piece before, that piece returns to the screen.
  • A whole tray put away by the scanner is one step. One tap of Undo takes the whole tray back.
  • Undo is faint when there is nothing to take back.
  • The same button is at the top of the cleanup pass.

Taking one piece out

Tap − beside a tub’s counter. This is the quickest fix for tapping the wrong tub: tap − on the wrong row, then tap the right row.

You can also change counts from a set’s own page. Open My sets, tap a set that is in a tub, and use the counter beside any piece.

What Undo cannot do

  • It only remembers steps taken since the app was opened. If the app is closed and opened again, the list of steps is gone. Your pieces are still counted, and you can still take them out with −.
  • It does not bring back a skipped piece. Tap the piece in Still to find instead.
  • It does not bring back a set you removed or an account you deleted.
  • Straight after the tap that finishes a set, Undo waits until you have closed the celebration.

Does undoing give a piece back?

If you are sorting within a limit on pieces, a piece taken out within 10 minutes of going in never counted. After that, there is an allowance. See How pieces are counted.
