Questions

What counts as a piece sorted?

A piece counts when it goes in its tub. Adding sets and tubs, setting goals, and using My sets, My collection and Build ideas are all free, and scanning one brick with the camera is always included.

What if I take a piece out again?

Take it out within 10 minutes and it never counted, so a slip costs you nothing.

Does sorting a set again cost pieces?

Not when you use "Sort it again" on a finished set. The pieces you sorted in it before do not count a second time.

Do pieces run out or expire?

They never expire, and they stay with your account. You use one each time a piece goes in its tub. When they run out, one payment adds 10,000 more, whenever you like. Nothing renews.

Do I need an account to buy?

Yes. You can try BrickSorter without an account, but buying needs one, so that what you buy stays with you. You pay in the app, with your App Store or Google Play account.

How do refunds and cancelling work?

Payment is taken by the App Store or Google Play, so refunds are theirs to give: ask Apple or Google. The 10,000 pieces are one payment, so there is nothing to cancel. Pro renews every month until you cancel, which you can do at any time in your app store account settings. The Terms of Use have the rest.

You find the bricks. We do the thinking.
