Up next is the strip at the bottom of the sort screen that shows the next few pieces. Turn on Grab a few and it shows pieces that look like the current one, so you can hunt for them on the same pass through the pile.
Up next
The strip shows up to three pieces, the next ones in the queue, each with how many are needed.
- Tap a piece to jump to it.
- Tap Back to the plan to return to the app’s own order.
Jumping does not change the order of the queue. It only changes which piece you are looking at. When you finish a piece you jumped to, the app goes back to its own order.
Grab a few
- Tap Grab a few.
- The strip’s title changes to Also grab these. It shows up to two more pieces that are like the one on screen: the same colour first, then the same kind of piece.
- Look for them while you hunt for the main piece. Tap one to jump to it and count it in.
If nothing left is like the current piece, the strip shows Up next as usual. Grab a few stays switched on for the next piece. Tap it again to turn it off.
See everything still to find
Tap See all, which is followed by the number of pieces, or drag the strip upwards. This opens Still to find, the whole queue in order.
- Type in Search name, colour, or number to find a piece.
- Tap a colour dot to show only pieces of that colour. The colours with the most pieces still to find come first. Tap the dot again to show them all.
- Tap any piece to sort it now.
- Skipped pieces are at the end, under Skipped — back at the end.
- Tap Now finding this one to go back to the piece you were on.
Placing a piece you are already holding
Open Still to find, tap the piece’s colour, find its picture and tap it. The sort screen then shows which tubs it goes in. You can also use the camera. See Scanning one brick with the camera.
On a tablet
On a larger tablet, Up next is a panel beside the piece, and See all swaps it for Still to find.
For the rest of the screen, see How the sort screen works. For skipped pieces, see Skipping a piece and coming back.
