Creating an account, signing in and signing out
Create an account with an email and password, with Google, or with Apple on an iPhone or iPad. An account keeps your sets and progress saved.

Guest mode and keeping your sets safe
You can try BrickSorter without an account. Your sets are then tied to one device. Create an account from inside the app to keep them safe.

Using more than one device
Sign in with the same account on each device and your sets and progress are there. Use one device at a time, because the app does not update live.

What is free and what is paid
The first 300 pieces you sort are free. One payment then adds 10,000 more, with no time limit. Pro is a monthly subscription with no limit on pieces.

How pieces are counted
A piece counts when it is put in a tub. Taking it out again within 10 minutes costs nothing, and sorting a finished set again is not counted twice.

One payment adds 10,000 pieces to your account. They have no time limit and nothing renews. Here is how to buy and what to do if it does not go through.

Pro and how to cancel
Pro is a monthly subscription with no limit on pieces. It renews every month until you cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Restoring purchases and refunds
Pieces you buy are kept with your BrickSorter account, so signing in brings them back. Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play.

Deleting your account
Delete your account in Settings, under Delete account. It removes your account and everything saved to it for good. You can also ask us by email.
